Waiting for the Yellow School Bus

These kids here are waiting for their school bus... it is 7:24 in the morning... poor little kids....

Melting Snow on My Balcony Table...

the sight of melting snow is always welcome... Even though I tried to up my skating and took ski lessons and all, I must say, I am ready for this winter to be over. This was by far my hardest winter... It's probably partly because I am in a new city with not enough friends that I feel truly deeply connected with, but I think the biggest contributor is my work place - I work in what is affectionately(?) called a bunker...!!! The point is the whole building has no windows, so once you are in there it is pretty gloomy... I am from Sri Lanka and I need to see the sun oh people!!!!
